How it works

  1. Browse the poolFilter by trade, area and graduation year. Cards show skill check levels, job-site challenges and practical details, with where each fact came from.
  2. Ask to meet someoneSend a short note about the role. We save it on their profile and try to notify them by text. They decide.
  3. Hire with the full pictureWhen they say yes you get their name, number and full profile, including their challenge answers in their own words.
Built on consent

Students turn sharing on themselves and say yes to each employer. They’re 16 or older, and many are still in high school, so we review every employer before they see anyone.

No black-box scores

Every result says where it came from: self-reported, checked by text, or reviewed by AI against a fixed rubric. You see the evidence, not a single number.
