Account access and privacy requests

Students can sign in with Messages. Employers can reset their password. If a reset email doesn’t arrive, contact us. We verify account ownership before helping with access or requests for a copy or deletion of your data. Never email a password, verification code, or reset link.

Report a listing or abuse

Email the job’s page link and a short description of the problem, such as a closed job, misleading requirements, an unsafe listing, unwanted contact, or suspected fraud. Include an error’s support reference if you have one. Avoid sending other people’s private details.

Withdrawing sharing stops future access through TradeUp. It cannot recall copies an employer already received. Retention exceptions and provider records may affect a deletion request; see our Privacy Policy.

Connecting in ChatGPT

Use the phone-verified TradeUp account you use with Tez. If a connection link expires, return to ChatGPT and connect again. Your messages and saved jobs remain in your TradeUp account.

Messages is the main way to use Tez. Replies to messages sent from ChatGPT stay in your workspace.

TradeUp is for ages 15 and older. Employer-sharing features require at least age 16 and your explicit approval before identifying details are shared.
