TradeUp is operated by JackMorgan.xyz LLC. These terms describe use of our website, Tez messaging experience, and TradeUp workspace in ChatGPT. For support or questions about these terms, contact contact@jackmorgan.xyz. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Using TradeUp

TradeUp helps people explore skilled trades, practice knowledge checks, prepare for opportunities, and use a trade job board. Messages is the primary way to talk with Tez. The website and ChatGPT workspace connect to the same account and saved progress. Some features require phone verification. A ChatGPT connection uses a separate consent flow and disclosed account permissions.

You must be at least 15 to use TradeUp. Employer-sharing features require at least age 16 and the required profile and age information. If you are a minor, involve a parent or guardian where required for your use of the service or a work opportunity. You are responsible for satisfying a program's or employer's age, work-authorization, license, training, and safety requirements. TradeUp does not determine that you are legally eligible for every listing.

Use an account and phone number you are entitled to control. Provide accurate information, keep sign-in information private, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person, access another account, evade access controls, disrupt the service, submit harmful or unlawful material, or use it to mislead an employer.

Tez, practice, and job information

Tez is an AI guide. Its responses can contain errors or omissions. Check consequential information with the relevant school, training provider, employer, or qualified professional. Do not rely on Tez as an emergency service or as instructions to perform dangerous work.

Text-based questions, feedback, levels, and challenge reviews support exploration and practice. They do not establish practical job-site competence, provide a professional license or safety certification, or guarantee admission, employment, wages, or a particular outcome. Do not present them as credentials they are not.

Job listings can change or close. Confirm current details, requirements, pay, and application steps with the listed source or employer. Published sample pay information is illustrative rather than a wage offer. External sites and employers operate under their own terms and policies. TradeUp does not guarantee the accuracy of their information or control their decisions.

Your information and consent

You remain responsible for the information you provide. Give us only information you are entitled to share. Do not include passwords, verification codes, government identifiers, payment-card information, or medical information in messages, profile text, or practice responses. Enter authentication information only in the appropriate sign-in flow.

By providing content to TradeUp, you permit us and the service providers described in the Privacy Policy to process and store it as needed to provide the features you request. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us or authorize unrelated publication.

Employer visibility and sharing are controlled through TradeUp's existing previews and consent flows. Accepting an introduction or submitting an application may disclose the contact, profile, résumé, or evidence shown in that flow to the employer. Saving a job or opening its application page does not itself submit an application. A ChatGPT connection does not itself authorize employer contact or profile sharing. Employers may pay TradeUp in connection with contacting or hiring candidates; payment does not replace your approval before the relevant identifying details are shared.

Replies to messages sent from ChatGPT stay in the workspace. Phone-originated messages use the messaging service. Text STOP to stop phone replies and use Settings to manage supported outreach preferences. Carrier message and data rates may apply. Check the relevant messaging service or carrier for its own charges and terms.

Service operation and changes

We may change features, correct errors, or interrupt service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse or protect accounts and the service. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

TradeUp depends on third-party hosting, AI, messaging, and external job sources. Availability and results are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These terms do not create an employment relationship between you and TradeUp or an employer.

Separate employer service or hiring arrangements, if any, are governed by the agreements applicable to those arrangements. This student workspace does not process purchases or create a paid subscription.
