You'll work alongside experienced electricians on a variety of residential and commercial projects, gaining valuable hands-on experience while developing the skills to become an exceptional tradesperson. *We're not just looking for experience. What We're Looking For * Previous electrical experience preferred, but not required. * A strong work ethic, dependability, and personal accountability. * A positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn. * Pride in your workmanship and attention to detail. * A team-first mindset and desire to continually improve. * Commitment to safety and doing the job right. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. What You'll Do * Work alongside experienced electricians installing and maintaining electrical systems. * Gain hands-on experience with wiring, conduit, panels, lighting, and electrical equipment. * Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans. * Develop technical skills while following NEC requirements and safety standards. * Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment. * Take on increasing responsibility as your skills and experience grow.
