Apprentice Electrician - Industrial

*Overview* As an Apprentice Electrician - Industrial, you’ll support the installation, inspection, and maintenance of electrical systems at industrial and commercial job sites. You’ll work alongside experienced electricians, follow safety procedures, and build practical skills across electrical work, wiring, and equipment installation. *Duties* * Assist with electrical systems installation, wiring, and maintenance for industrial and commercial electrical systems. * Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to support accurate work. * Use hand tools, power tools, and a voltmeter as directed. * Help measure, cut, and bend conduit; support work involving low- and high-voltage systems under supervision. * Follow electrical safety procedures, site safety protocols, the National Electrical Code (NEC), and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70 requirements. * Your impact: Careful, code-conscious work helps protect coworkers and supports reliable electrical systems for the facilities they depend on. *Skills* * Essential: Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and adhere to safety protocols; ability to use basic hand and power tools. * Helpful experience: Industrial or commercial electrician work, electrical experience, or construction site experience. * Familiarity with electrical work, electrical wiring, conduit bending, and electrical systems installation. * Ability to read blueprints and interpret electrical schematics; knowledge of commercial electrical systems is a plus. * Exposure to low- or high-voltage work and frame carpentry is helpful.
