Apprentice Plumber

*Job Overview* As an Apprentice Plumber, you’ll work alongside experienced plumbing professionals to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems on residential and commercial jobs. You’ll build practical skills by preparing materials, using tools safely, and learning to quote and finish jobs. This is a paid apprenticeship with hands-on work in the field and on construction sites. *Duties* * Assist with pipe installation, pipe threading, assembly, and plumbing system maintenance and repair. * Pipe leak detection & repair * Faucet & fixture replacement * Toilet repair & replacement * Water pressure issues * Use hand tools and power tools safely; follow site safety protocols and applicable building codes. * Support construction plumbing, remodeling, and maintenance tasks. * Keep work areas organized and communicate professionally with customers and crew members. *Your impact:* Careful, code-compliant plumbing work helps customers and building occupants rely on safe, functional water systems. *Skills* * *Essential:* Willingness to learn plumbing, follow safety protocols, use hand and power tools safely, and apply basic math. * *Helpful experience:* Construction or construction site experience, construction plumbing, field service, handyman work, remodeling, maintenance, or assembly. * *Role-related knowledge:* Mechanical knowledge, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, pipe installation, pipe threading, welding, plumbing system maintenance and repair, and building code compliance. * *Professional strengths:* Customer service, attention to detail, teamwork, and a dependable approach to learning new tasks.
