This paid position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop technical expertise and grow within a fast-paced, rewarding environment. *Duties* * Assist with the removal and installation of automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear glass, following manufacturer specifications. * Handle glass materials carefully, ensuring proper storage, transportation, and disposal to maintain safety standards. * Support with manual glass cutting and fitting to ensure precise installation tailored to each vehicle. * Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools and materials between job sites. * Use hand tools and power tools safely during installation and repair tasks, adhering to all safety protocols. * Aid in vehicle maintenance tasks such as basic inspections, fluid checks, and minor repairs to support overall vehicle readiness. * Learn to identify different types of auto glass materials and understand their specific handling and installation requirements. *Requirements and Skills* *Must be Bilingual Spanish and English* * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Strong reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn. * Workplace reliability * Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs regularly. * Basic comfort using hand tools. * Good customer service skills when visiting client locations. * No prior auto glass experience required (on-the-job training provided).
