Carpenter Apprentice

Swift Luxury Wall Systems is seeking a dependable and motivated Carpenter's Helper to join our team full-time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in learning professional carpentry, cabinet construction, and custom luxury wall installations. Previous construction experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to quality. Responsibilities * Assist experienced carpenters and cabinet makers with daily projects. * Help measure, cut, prepare, and assemble materials under supervision. * Assist with framing, cabinetry, trim, and decorative wall installations. * Load, unload, organize, and transport materials around the job site. * Prepare tools, materials, and work areas for installation. * Maintain a clean and organized workshop and job site. * Learn proper use of hand tools and power tools. * Follow instructions carefully and complete assigned tasks efficiently. * Assist with general shop duties and material preparation. Qualifications * *No professional carpentry experience required.* * Basic familiarity with hand tools is preferred. * Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills. * Dependable, punctual, and hardworking. * Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. * Reliable transportation to and from work. * Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting and moving materials. * Positive attitude and attention to detail. * Must be willing to learn proper safety procedures.
