Carpenter Apprentice – Learn, Grow, and Advance (Preferably Spanish speaking or open to work with language barriers depending on the day) Willow Run Remodeling works throughout *Pennsylvania (PA),Delaware (DE), Maryland (MD) *Overview Here at Willow Run Remodeling, we're looking for a motivated and dependable Carpenter Apprentice who is interested in learning the trade and developing long-term carpentry skills. We have a steady flow of projects and plenty of work hours available for the right person. Our goal is to build a relationship with someone who is willing to learn, work hard, take direction, and grow into a skilled carpenter. We are willing to invest time in training the right person and offer fair compensation based on their skills, experience, productivity, and the quality of their work. *!!!The more you learn, the more responsibility you take on, and the more value you bring to the team, the greater your opportunity to earn!!!* Responsibilities * Assist experienced carpenters with framing, trim carpentry, and general remodeling. * Learn to use power tools and carpentry equipment safely and properly. * Learn to read and understand construction plans and measurements. * Help measure, cut, prepare, and install building materials. * Assist with material handling, jobsite preparation, cleanup, and organization. * Follow instructions, maintain a safe work environment, and take pride in quality workmanship. * Develop the skills needed to work more independently and take on increasingly complex carpentry tasks. Qualifications * Previous construction experience is extremely helpful but not necessarily required. We are willing to train the right person but also need to confide in the fact that you can at minimum use a measuring tape and a hammer * A genuine interest in learning carpentry and developing practical construction skills. * Dependability, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. * Willingness to listen, learn, ask questions, and follow instructions. * Attention to detail and pride in doing the job right. * Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to different construction projects. * Willingness to travel to job sites throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland.
