This paid position is perfect for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while contributing to high-quality building outcomes. *Responsibilities* * Assist carpenters and construction crews with the preparation and setup of job sites, including measuring, cutting, and handling materials * Support the installation of windows, cabinets, drywall, flooring, tile, and other building materials according to project specifications * Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently under supervision * Help with framing, concrete forming, masonry work, plastering, caulking, and trim carpentry tasks * Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment on outdoor and indoor sites * Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to assist with accurate material placement and project execution * Support site cleanup, material fabrication, and organization of tools and supplies throughout the project lifecycle *Skills* * Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, etc. * Experience or interest in building construction, remodeling, hardscaping projects, or related fields * Strong attention to detail for precise installation of building materials such as drywall, tile, cabinetry, or masonry * Good physical stamina for outdoor work environments involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods * Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions clearly This Carpenter Helper role is an excellent stepping stone into the construction industry.
