Carpenter/Helper - Payrate negotiable based on experience

*Carpenter Helper* *Job Summary - PAY RATE WILL BE DETERMINED AND BASED ON EXPERIENCE* We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter with *5–10 years of experience* in residential and/or commercial construction *preferred (not required).* The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, and experience working with a variety of construction tools and materials. This position requires attention to detail, strong work ethics, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. *Responsibilities* Perform all phases of carpentry including framing, finishing, and general construction work *preferred* * Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials accurately * Install structures such as framing, doors, windows, cabinets, drywall, trim, and flooring * Repair and maintain existing structures and fixtures * Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively * Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety regulations * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Work collaboratively with project managers, contractors, and other team members *Qualifications* * *5–10 years of carpentry or construction experience preferred* * Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and building materials * Skilled in using power tools, hand tools, and carpentry equipment * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Ability to lift heavy materials * Reliable transportation *Requirements* * Valid Driver’s License required * Ability to lift 50+ pounds * Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in various weather conditions * Comfortable working at heights when required * Must follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines * Ability to work full-time and occasional overtime if needed *Benefits * * Competitive hourly pay based on experience (Negotiable) * Full-time position (Monday–Friday, some weekends possible) * Health/Vision/Dental insurance benefits offered – 70/30 Plan - Employer pays 70% of premium * Opportunities for advancement and skill development * Simple IRA Retirement Plan matching 3% *Drug-Free Workplace Acknowledgment:* This company maintains a drug-free workplace.
