CNC Machinist - Entry Level

We are looking for entry-level CNC Machinists to join our team. No machining experience is required. We provide on-the-job training for motivated individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in building a long-term career in advanced manufacturing. Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work well in a team environment * Interest in hands-on, technical work Responsibilities * Follow established procedures to set up and operate large 5-axis CNC mills in a team environment. * Maintain machine cleanliness, organization, and basic machine function. * Monitor cutting tools and identify tool wear to prevent downtime and quality issues. * Perform in-process dimensional checks to help ensure parts meet quality requirements. * Communicate clearly with team members, leads, and supporting departments.
