CNC / Production Technician

Team members work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities to learn modern production processes and technologies. *Role Description* The *CNC / Production Technician* is a full-time, hourly, on-site position based in Auburn, AL. This role involves operating and supporting CNC equipment, monitoring production processes, performing quality inspections, and assisting with equipment troubleshooting and maintenance. *Candidates with or without prior CNC experience are encouraged to apply.* We provide hands-on training for individuals who are motivated to learn and develop technical skills in automotive manufacturing. Daily responsibilities include operating CNC equipment, monitoring machine performance, assisting with equipment setup and changeovers, inspecting parts, recording production data, troubleshooting equipment issues, supporting preventive maintenance activities, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
