*COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN HELPER* *Centurion Maintenance – Greater Baton Rouge, LA* Centurion Maintenance is growing and seeking a motivated maintenance helper with 1–3 years of hands-on experience who wants to build a career in commercial facility maintenance. This is a training-focused role: you will ride with and learn from our senior technicians, with a clear path to grow into a technician position. You will: * Ride along with and support senior-level technicians on commercial service calls * Learn diagnostics and repairs across multiple trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs) * Take on more responsibility as your skills develop * Grow into a technician role and, over time, a senior technician role *What This Role Requires* Minimum Qualifications: * 1–3 years of hands-on maintenance, construction, or trade experience * Basic working knowledge of at least one trade * Coachable, reliable, and punctual, with a willingness to learn from experienced technicians * Professional communication with clients and team members * Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable personal vehicle * Must pass a pre-employment drug screen * Comfortable using mobile apps for work orders and documentation * Must supply basic hand tools Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift 50+ lbs. * Comfortable working on ladders and lifts * Maintain safe jobsite practices We maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, documentation, and client interaction.
