Construction Laborer / Helper

Accurate Maintenance Services LLC is seeking a dependable, hardworking *Construction Laborer / Helper* to join our field crew. This is a hands-on position supporting our experienced field employees on commercial and industrial projects. We are looking for someone who is reliable, willing to work, takes direction well, and wants the opportunity to learn and grow within the company. *This position requires travel to project locations and the ability to work long days and overtime when necessary.* Applicants must be comfortable with a schedule that can vary depending on project requirements. Responsibilities * Assist field crew with daily construction activities * Load, unload, move, and organize tools and materials * Assist with concrete, masonry, excavation, demolition, site preparation, and general construction work * Operate hand and power tools safely * Assist with jobsite setup and cleanup * Follow instructions from foremen and project managers * Maintain a clean and safe work area * Follow company and jobsite safety procedures * Travel to jobsites as required * Perform physically demanding work outdoors and in varying weather conditions Requirements * *Valid driver's license required* * *Reliable transportation required* * *Ability and willingness to travel required* * *Must be available for overtime and extended workdays* * Ability to perform physical construction work, including lifting and carrying materials * Dependable attendance and punctuality * Ability to follow directions and work as part of a crew * Construction experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate * *Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred* * Experience with concrete, masonry, excavation, equipment, or commercial construction is a plus What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who *wants to work*.
