Construction Laborer/ Machine Operator Apprentice.

*Job Summary* Join the construction excavation team as an excavation Laborer and help move projects forward through hands-on site work. You’ll support concrete, hardscape, gradework, and general construction tasks while following site plans and safety requirements. This role involves physical work, including heavy lifting, and using hand and power tools in changing job-site conditions. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and maintain work areas; move materials and assist with construction tasks. * Assist with reading construction plans and blueprints, determine house site layout and grade work * Build formwork, install rebar, and assist with concrete pouring and finishing. * Support excavation, trenching, grading, loader operations, and septic installs. * Follow construction workplace safety regulations and site protocols. *Your impact:* Careful preparation and safe work help crews complete quality projects while protecting coworkers and the public. *Skills* * *Essential:* Minimal construction experience or construction site experience; ability to perform physical labor and heavy lifting; safe use of hand and power tools; consistent safety protocol adherence. * *Role-related:* Willingness to learn and grow with a rapid pace company.
