Diesel Technician - Trailer & Fleet Maintenance (Entry-Level)

We are seeking an _*Entry-Level*_ Diesel Technician - Trailer & Fleet Maintenance, to join our team. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of medium-to heavy duty mechanical work, a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and is dependable. *Responsibilities* * Perform routine preventative maintenance, services, and DOT inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety. * Inspect, identify, and complete general truck and trailer repairs, including brakes, air bags, suspension, air systems, and lighting. * Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues. * Follow repair instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently. * Assist with other truck and trailer repairs as needed. *Qualifications* * Basic understanding of medium-to-heavy duty truck and trailers. * Previous mechanical experience preferred. * Willingness to learn and follow through on assigned tasks to ensure they are completed fully and accurately. * Dependable with a strong work ethic. * Able to effectively communicate repair needs. * Ability to lift heavy parts and work in a shop environment. * CDL is not required.
