Electrical Apprentice

*Pay:* $15–$25/hr, based on experience *Schedule:* Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm *Location:* Lynchburg, VA Bradley Electrical Services is a growing Lynchburg electrical contractor, mostly custom homes and builder new construction, with commercial work growing. We’re hiring apprentices who want to learn the trade the right way from experienced leads. *What you’ll do* * Work alongside a lead electrician on rough-in, trim and service * Pull wire, set boxes, mount devices and fixtures, and help keep the job clean and organized * Learn to read plans and the National Electrical Code on the job * Follow safety practices every day *What you need* * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Your own basic hand tools (we’ll tell you what to start with) * A good attitude, showing up on time, and a willingness to learn * Experience is a plus but not required *What we offer* * Health, dental, vision and life insurance * 401(k) with 4% match * Paid time off and FSA * Raises as your skills grow, and a path to lead * Learning from leads who actually teach *About BES* We’re a Christian-based company.
