Electrical Apprentice

Job Overview *Help Build a Google Data Center!* We are seeking an Apprentice Electrician / Jr. Electrical Technician/Electricians to join a growing Field Service Testing team supporting electrical installation, troubleshooting, and testing work in the Kansas City, KS & MO area. In this role, you will work alongside senior field service technicians to support electrical installations and system troubleshooting. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term career growth in electrical testing and field service work. Key Responsibilities * Assist with conduit bending, pulling wire, and installations * Support troubleshooting and general electrical work * Work alongside senior field service technicians on active job sites * Receive hands-on training in testing and commissioning * Follow all applicable safety and quality requirements * Communicate effectively with technicians and project team members * Maintain organized, clean, and properly functioning tools and equipment * Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced field service environment Qualifications *Requirements: OSHA 10 certification required (or must obtain before start date)* * Apprentice electrician or jr. electrical technician background * 0–3 years of experience, *or* recent trade school graduate * Basic electrical knowledge and hands-on experience * Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn * Strong work ethic and positive attitude * Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team * Comfortable working in an industrial/field service environment * Willingness to grow long-term within the role Benefits * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Paid time off Work Environment This is an onsite, in-person position based in the Kansas City, KS & MO area. The role involves hands-on field work alongside senior technicians, with exposure to active installation and testing environments.
