If you’re ready to work hard and learn, apply today! *Who You Are* * You’re eager to learn the electrical trade and take direction well. * You’re reliable and show up on time. * You can work outside for 6-7 hours as needed, including in Arizona heat. * You can lift at least 50-75 pounds and are comfortable climbing ladders and working in attics and crawl spaces. * You have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record. * You value safety, accuracy, and excellent customer service. * Preferred: at least 1 year of electrical experience, or completion of an electrical trade course. *Who We Are* We know that using technology and truly caring about our clients is what sets us apart and creates value for our customers and our team. Our team thrives on a strong culture of teamwork, accountability, and growth. *What You Will Do Each Day* * Assist journeyman electricians with installing electrical systems, including panel upgrades, lighting, and EV chargers. * Dig and backfill trenches for underground conduit and cable runs. * Drill and core through framing, walls, and other structures as directed. * Fish wire through walls, attics, and crawl spaces. * Pull wire, run conduit, and mount boxes, fixtures, and equipment under the direction of a licensed electrician. * Load, stage, and organize tools and materials for each job. * Prepare work areas, protect customers’ property, and clean up when the job is done. * Follow all safety guidelines and procedures during every job. *Why You’ll Love Working Here* * Hands-on training working side by side with experienced journeyman electricians. * The opportunity to gain the knowledge needed to level up to a journeyman. * Health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off after 90 days. * A supportive, team-oriented environment. *Pay & Benefits* Pay: $19 - $23 /hourly *Schedule & Location* Onsite *Oro Valley, AZ* *Equal opportunity employment* We value a diverse team and consider qualified applicants without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability.
