We offer paid training, hands-on experience, and opportunities to advance as your skills develop. *Professional shop experience is not required, but basic automotive knowledge is.* If you’ve worked on your own vehicle, helped with repairs, or taken automotive classes, we want to hear from you. You should be comfortable using common hand tools and have a basic understanding of vehicle maintenance. We’ll help you build your skills—and your personal tool collection—with our $500 annual tool reimbursement program for Express Technicians. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career with a family-owned dealership serving Brevard County for more than 35 years. *What You’ll Do* * Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance. * Complete vehicle inspections and accurately report findings. * Learn and follow manufacturer procedures and shop safety requirements. * Use tools and equipment properly and maintain an organized work area. * Work with the service team to complete maintenance efficiently and correctly. *What You’ll Need* * Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical ability. * Familiarity with common hand tools. * A willingness to learn, follow instructions, and ask questions. * Dependable attendance, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. * Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. * Availability to work scheduled weekends. * Ability to perform physical job duties, including standing, bending, and lifting tires and equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to meet pre-employment background and drug screening requirements. *Pay, Benefits & Career Growth* * $16–$18 per hour, based on experience. * Paid training, including manufacturer training as you advance. * Opportunities to grow into more advanced technician positions. * $500 annual tool reimbursement for Express Technicians. * $350 monthly car allowance. * Medical insurance with a company contribution. * Dental, vision, and supplemental insurance options. * Paid time off and holidays. * 401(k) and Roth 401(k) options. * Employee pricing on vehicles, parts, and service. * On-site gym and restaurant. *Ready to get started?
