Entry-Level Automotive Technician / Trainee

About the Position Interested in building a career in automotive repair? Meineke Car Care Center in Albany is hiring an entry-level Automotive Technician / Trainee. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, learn practical shop skills, and build your confidence through hands-on training. Previous professional automotive experience is not required. Responsibilities * Assist technicians with maintenance and repair work. * Learn basic vehicle checks, oil changes, and tire services under supervision. * Learn to use shop tools and equipment safely. * Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. * Follow instructions, ask questions, and develop your skills. Requirements A willingness to learn, punctuality, a strong work ethic, and comfort with hands-on shop work. Automotive school or BOCES training is a plus, but it is not required.
