What You Will Learn * CNC machine operation and setup * Reading and understanding blueprints * Using precision measuring tools * Basic machining processes and cutting tools * CNC milling and turning operations * Quality inspection and maintaining close tolerances * Working with Haas and Okuma CNC machines * Introduction to Mastercam programming * Precision and prototype machining Qualifications * No previous machining experience required * Willingness to learn and develop new skills * Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities * Strong attention to detail * Dependable, motivated, and reliable * Ability to follow instructions and work safely * Basic math skills * Interest in working with machinery, tools, and technology Mechanical experience, vocational training, or previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
