Help identify opportunities to bring additional service business into the shop. Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and service leadership. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company and federal safety and service standards. WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Heavy-duty diesel/truck or trailer repair experience. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently while being part of a team. A shop technician with strong fleet connections. A lead technician or shop foreman ready for more responsibility. A mechanic who wants to grow into a more customer-facing role.
