Pay: $20-$27 per hour, depending on experience What We Offer: HealthWellness 50% employer-paid medical insurance Dental and vision coverage Company-paid long-term disability insurance $50,000 group life and AD&D insurance Accident and critical illness coverage RetirementPaid Time Off SIMPLE IRA with a 3% company match Generous PTO and paid holidays TrainingCareer Development Tool account Trade certification reimbursement Tuition assistance for trade school Support for earning NATE certification Additional Perks Company-provided uniforms and tablet Cell phone allowance What You'll Be Doing: Assist with the installation of residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment Follow project plans, blueprints, and system layouts to support safe, code-compliant installations Help complete installation projects accurately, efficiently, and on schedule Test newly installed equipment and assist with adjustments to ensure proper operation Coordinate with lead installers and other team members throughout each project Protect customers' homes and maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Communicate professionally and help create a positive customer experience Properly maintain and organize company tools, equipment, and materials What You Bring: At least one year of residential HVAC installation experience preferred EPA certification required Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record Working knowledge of HVAC equipment, ductwork, system layouts, and blueprints Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to continue learning Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Dependable, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 100 pounds
