Entry level maintenance tech

*Facilities Maintenance Technician — Entry Level (Massachusetts)* *Purian Solutions Construction | North Andover, MA and nearby sites* *About the role* *We're a growing commercial facilities and maintenance contractor working inside client centers. We're hiring an entry-level technician based in Massachusetts to join our on-site crew. No prior facilities experience required — if you show up on time, work hard, and can be taught, we'll train you. Full-time, hands-on, with room to grow into a lead.* *What you'll do* *- General labor and facilities upkeep: cleaning, debris removal, sweeps, site prep* *- Assist skilled techs with repairs, installs, painting, and equipment work* *- MHE support and basic conveyor/sorter area work* *- LOTO support under supervision during shutdowns* *- Follow all site safety rules, wear required PPE, complete JHA before work* *- Keep work areas clean and restore them on completion* *- Communicate job status to your lead* *What we're looking for* *- Reliable and punctual — the #1 requirement* *- Able to be on your feet all shift, lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work at height when trained* *- Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse/industrial environment* *- Coachable* *- Basic hand-tool familiarity a plus, not required* *- U.S. work authorization; 18+* *Required — reliable transportation* *Must have your own reliable transportation to/from North Andover and other MA sites. This role requires self-transport; we don't provide crew pickup. Valid license preferred.* *Schedule* *Full-time, primarily M–F day shift, occasional planned shutdown work.* *Pay and perks* *Starting around $23/hour based on experience and reliability, raises tied to performance/skill milestones.
