Entry-Level Solar Technician

We are looking for entry-level Solar Pool Heating Technicians who are motivated and dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment. In this role, you will receive on-the-job training to become proficient in the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar pool heating systems. *Key Responsibilities:* * Participate in a structured training program to learn the fundamentals of solar pool heating systems. * Assist experienced technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar pool heating systems. * Collaborate with team members to ensure that systems are installed correctly and meet industry standards. * Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with solar pool heating systems. * Work closely with customers to educate them on the operation and maintenance of their systems. * Maintain accurate records of service visits, installations, and inventory. * Comply with safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. *Qualifications:* * No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques. * Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. * Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
