Entry-Level Welding Technician / Metal Cutting Technician

We manufacture deer blinds and outdoor equipment and are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are willing to learn and grow with our company. *No certifications or extensive experience are required!* If you are just starting out, have limited welding experience, or are interested in learning a skilled trade, we are willing to train the right candidate. Welding Technician – Entry Level *Responsibilities:* * Perform basic table welding on metal components. * Follow instructions and welding guidelines. * Assist with assembling and fabricating metal parts. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Follow workplace safety procedures. *Qualifications:* * No welding certifications required. * Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply. * Basic welding experience is helpful but not required. * Must be dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn. * Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
