Field Service Technician – Solar Camera Trailers

About us: Solar Camera Inc. designs and rents solar-powered AI camera trailers that protect construction sites, equipment yards, and commercial properties. We are growing and hiring field technicians in Dallas, Houston, and Cleveland. What you will do: - Deliver, tow, and set up solar camera trailers at customer sites - Install and service cameras, solar panels, batteries, masts, and LTE communication equipment - Troubleshoot and repair units in the field — power, network, and camera issues - Perform scheduled maintenance and site checks on deployed trailers - Walk customers through basic system use at placement - Document work, parts used, and site conditions after each visit What you need: - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record - Clean criminal record, and able to pass a background check and drug screen — our work includes a U.S. Military contract - Able to drive a company pickup truck and tow/position trailers (training provided) - Able to work outdoors, climb a ladder, and lift up to 50 lbs - Able to work independently and communicate professionally with customers - No experience required — we train the right person - Must maintain professional, courteous conduct with customers and coworkers at all times — this is a client-facing role. Nice to have: - Experience in low-voltage/CCTV installation, electrical, solar/battery systems, field service, or equipment installation - Texas security/alarm installer license, or experience with mobile surveillance units - Networking basics (IP cameras, routers, remote access) What we offer: - Pay depending on experience (see range above), overtime available - Full training on our solar camera trailer systems provided - Drive company pickup trucks, covered under company auto insurance - Steady full-time work with a growing company Overtime pay and commission opportunities available.
