Full-Time HVAC Helper Job Application

Job Overview Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling is looking for a dependable, motivated *Full-Time HVAC Helper* to join our team! As an HVAC Helper, you will work alongside experienced technicians to assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems. No prior HVAC experience is required for the right candidate. We value a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, reliability, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities * Assist HVAC technicians with installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems. * Help diagnose equipment issues and support troubleshooting and repairs. * Learn to use hand tools, power tools, and HVAC diagnostic equipment safely. * Assist with routine maintenance and system inspections. * Help with ductwork, equipment setup, condensate drainage, and other related tasks as needed. * Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials. * Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle. * Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines. * Provide courteous, professional service while working at customer homes and businesses. * Complete other duties as needed to support the HVAC team. Qualifications * Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. * Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. * Ability to follow directions and work well with a team. * Interest in mechanical work, construction, or the HVAC trade. * Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, including hot and cold conditions. * Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Valid driver's license preferred. * Previous HVAC, construction, maintenance, or mechanical experience is a plus, but *not required*. * EPA refrigerant certification is a plus, but not required for this helper position.
