HVAC - Apprentice Installer

*Job Overview* B and C Plumbing and Heating is seeking (1) candidate with HVAC Installation experience who are ready to continue and develop their skills by working on various projects throughout SE Minnesota. This position is ideal for someone who already has some HVAC experience and is ready to take on more responsiblity as you grow your skills. *Key Responsibilities* * Assist with installation of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and other related equipment. * Work alongside experienced installers in customers' homes. * Install a wide range of ductwork and fittings. * Follow safety procedures, keep work areas organized, and communicate clearly with customers and the field service team. * Learn Installation, reading plans, code requirements and efficiency standards. * Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines, reliable and dependable. * Your impact: Careful installation and maintenance help customers enjoy dependable, comfortable indoor environments. *Requirements:* * Desired: 1+ years of HVAC Installation Experience. * Valid Drivers License * Must be able to lift heavy equipment ( 50-75lbs) and work in tight or extreme temperature spaces life crawl-spaces, roofstops and utility closests. * High school diploma or GED required. *Core Competencies:* * Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools * Excellent verbal and written communications * Time management and attention to detail * Customer-first mindset and professionalism * Coachable and open to feedback / Team Player * Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects safely, efficiently and to comply with company standards. *Compensation & Benefits:* * Pay Range: $20-$38/hr Based on Experience * Health, Dental and Vision Insurance * 401(K) or Roth Retirement Plan w/Company Match * Paid Time off / Holidays Pay: $20.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
