We are a *specialty HVAC company* working on custom new construction, high-end HVAC systems, heat pumps, hydronics, retrofits, ductwork, and specialty installations. We are looking for a *high-energy, ambitious HVAC Helper / Apprentice* who wants to learn the trade and develop into a skilled HVAC mechanic. *We are not looking for someone who wants to remain a helper.* We want someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, willing to work, and interested in building a long-term career in HVAC. Pay & Career Growth *Starting Pay: $17–$28 per hour*, based on experience, mechanical ability, existing HVAC knowledge, and skill level.
