HVAC Helper / Apprentice

Entry-level opportunity for people who want to build an HVAC career from the ground up. You will shadow and assist experienced technicians and installers, learn equipment, tools, and diagnostic fundamentals, and develop the skills needed to advance to a full technician role. No prior HVAC experience required, a strong work ethic, reliability, and a real interest in the trade are what matter. What we look for: Willingness to work hard and learn Valid Nevada driver's license Ability to pass a background check Physical fitness for field work in outdoor heat EPA 608 certification a plus, we will support you in obtaining it Compensation: $18-$24/hr with a clear path to technician pay as your skills and certifications develop. Helpers who advance quickly can reach full technician rates within their first year.
