HVAC Helper/Laborer

Ultimate Air Conditioning is a local, family-owned HVAC company serving residential and commercial customers throughout Oahu. We are currently looking for a dependable, hardworking *HVAC Helper / Laborer* to join our team. *No prior HVAC experience is required.* We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, shows up on time, follows directions, and is interested in learning the HVAC trade. Responsibilities * Assist HVAC technicians with AC installations, replacements, maintenance, and other field work * Load, unload, carry, and organize equipment, tools, and materials * Assist with removing and disposing of old AC equipment * Help prepare job sites before and during installations * Use basic hand and power tools as directed * Keep work areas, company vehicles, and job sites clean and organized * Assist technicians with running materials, drain lines, line sets, and other installation-related tasks * Follow instructions from technicians and field management * Follow company and job-site safety procedures * Maintain a professional and respectful attitude while working at customers' homes and businesses Qualifications * *No HVAC experience required – we are willing to train* * Must be dependable and punctual * Must be comfortable performing physical labor throughout the workday * Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials * Comfortable working outdoors, in attics, on ladders, and in Hawaii weather conditions * Willing and able to learn new skills * Able to follow directions and work well as part of a team * Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude around customers * HVAC, construction, electrical, plumbing, maintenance, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Pay & Opportunity *Starting pay: $20.00/hour* This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into the HVAC trade and learn hands-on from experienced technicians.
