The HVAC Install Apprentice will work as part of a dynamic team to demonstrate technical competency and learn by assisting installers in the field as well as receiving hands-on and classroom training. They will learn to install heating, cooling, ventilation and refrigeration equipment as well as various duct and duct fittings by our highly skilled HVAC Installers. Skills and Attributes * Basic knowledge of HVAC practices and procedures preferred * Proven technical competence * Knowledge and experience in the proper use and safe operation of hand tools * Ability to stand, sit or squat for extended periods of time * Ability to climb stairs, ladders and work at elevated heights * Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions * Must have demonstrated concern for and compliance with safety procedures * Must possess a valid drivers license and have a clean driving record Pre-employment background check, drug screening and physical are required.
