HVAC Install Helper

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent HVAC graduate looking to get their foot in the door, gain hands-on experience, and build a career in the HVAC industry. You'll work alongside a Lead Installer on HVAC replacement installations, learning the installation process while developing your technical and customer-service skills. This is a customer-facing position, so strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a positive attitude are important. Our typical workday starts around 7:00 AM, but hours can fluctuate based on installation schedules, workload, and the needs of the business. Flexibility and dependability are important, as some jobs may require additional time to complete. This is a hands-on position and a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, work hard, and develop their skills alongside an experienced Lead Installer. *What You'll Do* * Assist the Lead Installer with HVAC replacement installations * Help load, unload, and organize tools and equipment * Assist with installation of heating and cooling equipment * Prepare job sites and maintain a clean, safe work environment * Follow direction from the Lead Installer and learn proper installation techniques * Interact professionally and respectfully with homeowners and customers * Represent the company in a professional manner while working in customers' homes * Perform other duties as needed to support the installation team *What We're Looking For* * Recent HVAC graduate or someone beginning their career in the HVAC industry * Basic understanding of HVAC systems and installation practices * _EPA certification preferred_ * Strong communication and customer-service skills * Professional appearance and presentation * Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Ability to work as part of a team * Valid driver's license *Schedule & Compensation* * Starting pay: $20–$22/hour, depending on experience and qualifications * Typical start time is 7:00 AM * Hours may fluctuate based on workload, installation schedules, and business needs * Work is performed throughout the seven-county Twin Cities metro area, excluding Minneapolis and St. Paul * Opportunities to gain valuable hands-on experience and advance within the HVAC industry *Why This Is a Great Opportunity* If you recently graduated from an HVAC program and are looking for your first opportunity in the field, this is a great place to start.
