About the Role: As an HVAC Install Helper, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to assist with installing heating and air conditioning systems, water heaters, and hearth products. You'll learn hands-on, help prepare equipment and job sites, and support installations that meet company standards while delivering a quality customer experience. We're looking for someone with mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, take direction, and build their skills for a long-term career in the trades. Required Qualifications: Must have experience with hands on mechanical based work High school Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Insurable by Company insurance carrier Eager to invest time in training seminars and classes Willing to follow direction and complete jobs as needed Basic Safety knowledge Demonstrate mechanical aptitude Lift, move and carry equipment up to 50lbs Possesses both written and verbal communication skills Strong work ethic To help our team stay focused on serving customers, please submit your application online.
