HVAC Installer/Technician Apprentice

Join our team and be part of a company that values its employees and the communities we serve. *Position Overview:* We are looking for a reliable and skilled HVAC Installer Apprentice to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for training with our HVAC installations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and working with a team of installers. *Key Responsibilities you will learn:* * Manage and execute HVAC installation projects from start to finish. * Adhere to safety and regulatory standards at all times. * Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise. * Perform installation of HVAC related equipment following company policies and manufacturer’s specifications. * Pre-measure jobs to determine correct sheet metal needed. * Design, fabricate and install various ducts and duct fittings as required * Proficient mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate all necessary tools and equipment. * Perform start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems and other components. * Provide excellent customer service and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction by effectively communicating with customers regarding questions and concerns. * Complete all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner. * Maintain communication with dispatch, management, parts and installation teams. * Jobs are new construction and residential HVAC installation and may include working with a service technician to learn basic maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of HVAC systems. *Qualifications:* * Welding and sheet metal experience helpful.
