HVAC Pre-Apprentice

At H.J. Faust, we’re building the next generation of HVAC professionals through our structured Apprentice Development Program. This is a paid, hands-on training opportunity designed for individuals who want to learn a valuable trade and build a long-term career. Many companies simply throw apprentices into the field and expect them to figure things out. We do things differently. Our program provides clear training, real mentorship, and a defined career path so you can grow from apprentice to highly skilled technician. You’ll work directly alongside experienced installers and service technicians while learning the fundamentals of heating, cooling, airflow, controls, and system design.
