Lube Technician - Mechanic HELPER

Key Responsibilities: * Perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire services, and general preventative maintenance. * Assist lead technicians with vehicle inspections and light repairs (brakes, filters, battery diagnostics). * Maintain clean, organized service areas, tools, and work environments. * Follow proper safety protocols and handle waste fluids responsibly. * Interact professionally with clients and represent the team with enthusiasm. Qualifications: * *Car-Minded & Eager to Learn:* You genuinely love automobiles and want to build real-world mechanical skills. * *Basic Hands-On Experience:* Comfortable using basic tools (from personal projects, trade school, or light shop experience). * *Strong Work Ethic:* Reliable, dependable, punctual, and ready to work hard. * *Good Communication:* Friendly, clear communicator who values good customer service. * *Requirements:* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and high school diploma or equivalent.
