Masonry Apprentice

Disciple Masonry is hiring a *Masonry Apprentice* to work alongside our experienced crews and learn brick, block, and stone masonry. *Pay* $23–$27 per hour, based on experience, attitude, and reliability. *Responsibilities* * Assist experienced masons with brick, block, and stone projects * Prepare mortar, tools, and materials for the crew * Help with jobsite setup, protection, and cleanup * Learn masonry repair, restoration, and installation techniques * Safely use tools and equipment as your experience develops * Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently and professionally *What We’re Looking For* * Strong work ethic and dependable attendance * Willingness to learn and take direction * Comfortable with physically demanding, hands-on work * Willing to work outdoors in varying conditions * Reliable transportation * Ability to work well with a crew * Construction, landscaping, concrete, or other hands-on experience is a plus, but not required *What We Offer* * Full-time, year-round work * Opportunity to learn a valuable skilled trade * Advancement opportunities as your skills and experience grow * Professional, team-oriented work environment *Benefits* * Health insurance * Dental insurance * SIMPLE IRA with company match We're looking for someone who wants more than a temporary job.
