Mechanic Helper

*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Mechanic Helper to join our Wilkins team. In this role, you will assist experienced heavy equipment mechanics and automotive technicians in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of vehicles and machinery. Your energetic approach and willingness to learn will contribute to keeping our fleet and equipment operating safely and efficiently. *Responsibilities* * Support heavy equipment mechanics with repairs on excavators, cranes, forklifts, tractors, trailers, and other industrial equipment * Help perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as brake repair, suspension work, and alignment procedures * Participate in heavy lifting tasks to move machinery or parts during repair processes * Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times * Valid drivers license *Skills* * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in all repair tasks This is a paid position that offers hands-on experience working with diverse vehicles and industrial equipment.
