New Construction Plumbing Helper

*About us* 405 Plumbing is a new construction residential plumbing company based in Oklahoma. This opening is for our Broken Arrow, Oklahoma branch. We are seeking an *experienced Plumbing Helper* to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least *1 year of residential new construction plumbing experience* and be familiar with working alongside Journeyman Plumbers on ground jobs, top outs, gas, and finals. This is an opportunity for someone who has a basic understanding of residential plumbing and is looking to continue developing their skills and advance in the plumbing trade. *Duties* * Assist Journeyman Plumbers with residential new construction plumbing installations. * Assist with ground jobs, top outs, gas, and finals. * Measure, cut, assemble, and install plumbing materials under the direction of a Journeyman. * Assist with running water, drain, waste, and vent piping. * Assist with gas piping and fixture installation. * Load, unload, and organize plumbing materials and tools. * Safely operate hand tools and power tools. * Read and follow basic plans and instructions. * Maintain a clean and organized job site. * Follow all company and job-site safety procedures. * Work effectively with Journeyman Plumbers and other members of the construction team. * Perform other duties as assigned. *Requirements* * *Minimum of 1 year of residential plumbing experience required.* * New construction plumbing experience preferred. * Experience with ground jobs, top outs, gas, or finals preferred. * Basic knowledge of residential plumbing systems and installation practices. * Familiarity with common plumbing hand tools and power tools. * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under the direction of a Journeyman Plumber. * Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. * Ability to lift and carry plumbing materials and equipment. * Ability to work on construction sites and in varying weather conditions. * Strong work ethic and willingness to continue learning. * Ability to work well as part of a team. *Job Type:* Full-time *Pay:* $14.00 - $20.00 per hour *Benefits:* * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance *Compensation Package:* * Hourly pay * Overtime pay *Application Question(s):* * Do you have at least 1 year of residential plumbing experience? * How many years of residential new construction plumbing experience do you have? * What type of plumbing experience do you have?
