The candidates need to have experience with pipefitting/plumbing, knowledge of piping systems, experience on large scale projects, and the drive to want to move up in the trade. *Responsibilities* * *Material Handling:* Lift, carry, and transport pipes, valves, brackets, and fittings. * *Pipe Preparation:* Measure, cut, thread, and bevel pipes using hand and power tools. * *Site Support:* Dig and grade ditches, drill or cut holes in walls and floors, and mount hangers or supports. * *Welding Prep:* Clean metal surfaces, remove debris, and hold or align pieces during assembly. * *Maintenance:* Help disassemble, repair, or replace broken or worn-out pipes and fixtures. *Qualifications* * *Physical Fitness:* Ability to lift heavy objects (often 50 to 100 pounds) and work in awkward or tight spaces. * *Tool Knowledge:* Basic familiarity with wrenches, saws, drills, grinders, and measuring tapes. * *Safety Rules:* Understanding of job site safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Spanish and English a plus. *Compensation & Benefits* * Competitive salary based on experience * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Retirement plan * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunity for long-term project work and advancement Pay: From $25.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Profit sharing * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
