Plumber/Helper

*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and dependable Plumber/Helper to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of plumbing projects, from residential remodels to new home installations. As a key member of our crew, you will assist experienced plumbers in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems while gaining valuable hands-on experience. Your energetic attitude and willingness to learn will help ensure the success of each project, contributing to safe, efficient, and high-quality work environments. *Duties* * Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential settings * Use hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment to perform tasks accurately and efficiently * Conduct drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to clear blockages and maintain water flow * Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and team members to job sites * Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to support accurate project execution * Support plumbing inspection camera operations for diagnosing issues within pipes and water systems * Perform heavy lifting and assembly of plumbing components while adhering to safety standards * Maintain a clean and organized work site, ensuring all safety protocols are followed at all times *Requirements* * Prior construction experience or background in plumbing preferred; enthusiasm for learning on the job is essential * Basic mechanical knowledge with familiarity in using hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment and have own tools. * Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans accurately * Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing installations and repairs * Experience with water systems, drainage solutions, remodeling projects, and plumbing system maintenance is a must * Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients or team members * Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working in confined spaces * Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely * Willingness to learn new plumbing techniques, use plumbing inspection cameras, and support construction site activities Join us in building reliable water solutions while advancing your skills in a fast-paced environment!
