Plumber/Helper

*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and dependable Plumber/Helper to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will assist with residential and commercial plumbing projects, ensuring the installation, repair, and maintenance of water systems and plumbing fixtures meet safety standards and local building codes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in construction plumbing while supporting experienced plumbers on a variety of job sites. Whether you’re just starting out or have some hands-on experience, your enthusiasm and work ethic will be valued as you contribute to high-quality plumbing solutions. *Duties* * Repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings * Use hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment such as plumbing inspection cameras, drain cleaning tools, and welding equipment to complete tasks efficiently, operating excavators and backhoes and CDL license a plus * Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to support accurate plumbing installations and repairs * Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites or during remodeling projects * Conduct basic plumbing inspections to identify issues with water systems, drainage, and fixtures * Support with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and ensuring proper fitment * Operate company vehicles responsibly to transport tools, materials, and personnel between job sites * Follow all safety protocols, adhere to local building codes, and maintain a clean work environment at all times *Experience* * Prior construction experience in plumbing or related trades is preferred but not required * Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and OSHA regulations is a plus * Experience with welding, drain cleaning, or using plumbing inspection cameras is advantageous * Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths or material quantities are essential * Demonstrated ability to handle hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting safely on job sites * Excellent customer service skills for interacting professionally with clients during service calls or project work * Handyman experience or involvement in remodeling projects will be considered an asset Join our team today to build a rewarding career in plumbing!
