Hercules Foundation Repair
Plumbing Apprentice / Helper

About this job
You've been doing physical work for a while now. Construction, landscaping, warehouse, maybe helping on another trade crew. You can handle the hard days and you don't quit when the work gets uncomfortable. But you're hitting a ceiling and you know it.
You want to learn something real. A skill you can take anywhere, make good money with, maybe run your own truck someday. You want someone who will actually teach you instead of just using you for grunt work.
You're done being the shovel guy with no real training. Done with jobs where you work your tail off and still make the same money a year later with no license progress. Done with bosses who bark orders and treat helpers like dirt.
Tunnel work is brutal. You'll be digging under houses in San Antonio heat, cramped spaces, dirt in your face, sometimes for hours. The work is steady but the hours can be long when jobs stack up. You're learning but you're still the helper, sometimes it's grab this, move that, and the lesson comes later. Jobs shift when foundation crews find leaks, you roll with it. And you're in people's homes, which means you smile even when you're exhausted and clean up like it's your own house.
You've done physical labor jobs before. You've worked in residential service or at least been around customers enough to know how to act.
We're Hercules Foundation Repair. Family-owned since 1981, 45 years in Texas home services, built on honest diagnosis instead of upsell games. Hercules Strong, Hercules Honest. We just launched Hercules Plumbing, and it's already busy, with more work than one crew can handle. We're adding trucks.
You're the install crew for a master plumber. Tunnel digging, pipe work, material hauling, job site cleanup. You're learning hydrostatic testing and drain line replacement on the path to your own license. Patrick runs the division and he actually teaches. You complete jobs on time and right. Homeowners get faster service, the plumber focuses on technical work, you build a career.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Clean background, no felonies or theft. Physically capable of tunnel work, crawling under houses, handling the demand. Shows up consistently, doesn't ghost, doesn't bail after a hard day.
Sixteen dollars per hour for green apprentices. Twenty to twenty-two with experience. Company provides truck and power tools.
Steady, full-time work with a family company that's been around since 1981, and a path to your own license.
