Shop Assistant/Automotive Tech Apprentice for a Growing Auto Repair Shop

Taylor's Auto & Detail is a locally owned, growing automotive repair shop, and we're looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team! We're searching for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being around cars, and wants an opportunity to learn and grow in the automotive industry. This would be perfect for someone that loves cars and/or going to school to be an automotive tech. You don't need to know everything about cars right off the bat. We're willing to train the right person. What matters most is your reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. *What You'll Do:* * Assist technicians with repairs and maintenance * Perform basic vehicle maintenance under supervision * Help with vehicle inspections and preparation * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop * Assist with parts, tools, and shop equipment * Learn automotive repair procedures from experienced technicians * Help with other day-to-day shop operations *What We're Looking For:* * Dependable, punctual, and hardworking * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Interest in automotive repair * Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team * Valid driver's license and high school diploma * Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus, but not required *Why Join Us?* We're a small, locally owned business that is growing!
