Solar Helper / Electrician

*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and reliable Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks related to electrical, solar and/or construction projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely. The Helper will work closely with experienced electricians and construction professionals to support daily operations on-site. *Please do not apply if you hold the inside of your pockets all day or look at your phone every 5 minutes.* Job Includes: * Assist electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including fixtures, wiring and solar installations. * Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. * Support solar projects by assisting in the installation of solar / roofing materials. * Operate forklifts to transport materials around the construction site as needed. * Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in residentail / commercial electrician roles or similar electrical positions is preferred. * Previous experience in residentail / commercial roofing positions is preferred. * Experience working on construction sites, demonstrating knowledge of safety protocols. * Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment relevant to electrical work. * Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed. * Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods as required by the job. * A willingness to learn from experienced professionals in the field.
