Toyota Express Maintenance Technician - Entry Level

Responsibilities As an Express Maintenance Technician, you will perform and learn essential vehicle maintenance and safety services, including: Engine oil and filter changes Tire rotations and tire pressure adjustments Checking and topping off vehicle fluids Resetting tire pressure monitoring systems Measuring and documenting brake pad thickness Measuring and documenting tire tread depth Performing multi-point safety inspections Identifying and communicating potential maintenance or safety concerns Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Completing services accurately and efficiently What We’re Looking For Highly motivated and career-minded Entry-level automotive experience preferred Strong desire to learn and advance in the automotive field Dependable, punctual, and hardworking Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with your hands Detail-oriented and committed to quality Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong focus on timeliness, accuracy, and quality Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to learn from experienced technicians Basic automotive hand tools required Valid driver's license Career Advancement & Training Employees who demonstrate the motivation, work ethic, and ability to advance will have opportunities for: Paid Toyota factory training Hands-on training and mentorship Advancement into the Toyota Apprenticeship Program Working directly with an experienced Toyota Master Technician Development of advanced automotive service and repair skills A structured path toward becoming a professional automotive technician This is an opportunity for someone looking for a career — not just a job.
